Exterior Process
Washing
Based on your proposal, areas are either power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew.
Preparation
Based on your proposal, all loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are sanded. Cracks are caulked to prevent air and water intrusion.
Painting
Repaired areas are primed, followed by applying your paint colors to a consistent finish.
Cleaning
Clean up is performed daily. Paint chips will be safely removed and all our tools and materials will be placed away from danger. We will also remove our ladders from your building.
Inspection
After our own inspection, we invite you to inspect our work.
Finalization
After your inspection we will present you with our completed invoice. Finally, we will ask you to fill out our customer survey and leave you with additional information regarding our other programs.
