Interior Process
Set-up
We will move all furniture away from the walls and cover with plastic sheeting. Floors will be covered with canvas drop cloths.
Preparation
Holes and cracks in walls and/or ceilings will be filled and surfaces are sanded as needed. In addition, if you have stains on the surfaces they will be washed off or covered with a premium stain killer.
Painting
Repaired areas are primed followed by applying your paint colors to a consistent finish.
Cleaning
Furniture and accessories will be placed back to their previous locations. Floors and carpets will get swept and vacuumed. And we will remove all of our tools and materials.
Inspection
After our own inspection, we invite you to inspect our work.
Finalization
After your inspection we will present you with our completed invoice. Finally, we will ask you to fill out our customer survey and leave you with additional information regarding our other programs.
